"Rise of the Ronin: A Surprising Blend of Familiarity and Innovation"
TL;DR
Rise of the Ronin, an upcoming PS5-exclusive action RPG by Team Ninja, draws inspiration from Nioh and other ARPGs, featuring a sophisticated combat system reminiscent of Bushido Blade. Set in Japan during the Bakumatsu period, the game offers an open-world map with diverse locations and emphasizes building relationships with NPCs to learn new combat styles. With a focus on rhythm-driven fighting and a broader narrative scope, Rise of the Ronin aims to deliver a rich and challenging gaming experience when it releases on March 22.
