Nintendo Life reports that The Hundred Line: Last Defense Academy is now marketed as two games in one: the initial 100-day experience titled 'The Hundred Line' followed by a branching sequel accessed via New Game+ (with the title menu already showing 'The Hundred Line 2'). A new trailer and art frame the two narratives, and an official soundtrack releases across streaming platforms in January 2026 with a physical release in April; a Japan-only special edition will also include new artwork.
