TL;DR

Diablo 4 players have discovered multiple secret post-credits endings that tease the return of Mephisto and a new demonic entity, possibly Lucion, Mephisto's son and Lilith's brother. Blizzard has confirmed the secret endings are legit, but it's unclear when or how they will be relevant to the game's story. The company is currently working on two expansions for Diablo 4, which are set to continue the story. Fans are also still trying to uncover a secret cow level in the game.
