Two-Hour Trailers Set the Stage for Gamescom Opening Night Live 2026

Gamescom's Opening Night Live 2026 kicks off Aug. 25 at Koelnmesse in Cologne, hosted by Geoff Keighley. The two-hour trailer showcase starts at 8:00 PM CEST (11:00 AM PT / 2:00 PM ET in the U.S.) with a 30-minute pre-show, and will be streamed live on YouTube and Twitch. Eight titles are confirmed to appear: The Witcher 3: Songs of the Past, Final Fantasy VII Revelation, Gears of War: E-Day, Ananta, Tides of Annihilation, Metro 2039, Game of Thrones: War for Westeros, and Warlock: Dungeons & Dragons, with more announcements likely as the lineup remains largely a mystery.
