"Unlocking Special Items and Outfits in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom"
TL;DR
The Ring Garland in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom can be purchased for 5 rupees from Koko in Kakariko Village and can be fused onto a shield for decoration. While it is unclear if there is a tangible reward or quest associated with the item, some players are using it to add color to their gameplay. One use of the Ring Garland is to show it to Deltan during a class in Gerudo Town, which restores her hope.
