Former Valve designer Matt Wood has created an adorable cat game called Little Kitty, Big City, which is a departure from his previous work on first-person shooters. The game focuses on cozy exploration and features an open-world filled with cute animals, quests, and hats to wear. Wood left Valve in 2019 to start his own game development company, Double Dagger Studio, and has enjoyed the freedom and passion that comes with being an independent developer. Little Kitty, Big City is set to release in 2024 for Switch and PC.
