Neo Arkadia/YGOrganization reveals Perfect Eclosion - Perfectly Ultimate Great Moth, a Level 8 EARTH Insect that cannot be Normal/Summoned and must be Special Summoned from the hand by having 6+ Insect monsters in the graveyard (once per turn). On Special Summon, you can return as many opponent’s cards as possible to the hand, and if you have a Normal Monster in your graveyard, it gains 300 ATK for each Insect in your graveyard. Whenever your opponent Normal or Special Summons a monster, all their face-up monsters lose ATK equal to their Level × 100.
