At the China Cycle show, Elite Wheels and Evolve unveiled the Cima, a 4.9kg bike built around a 650g frame with a Dura-Ace groupset. The 990g Elite Wheels Ultra 40D wheelset helps hit 4.9kg, with an overall build around $8,800 (frameset about $2,500 and wheels roughly $2,000), undercutting Western rivals like Zipp 202 NSW and Specialized Aethos 2 by thousands.
