"Apple Expands App Store to Include Game Streaming and Third-Party Storefronts"

Apple is now allowing game streaming services like Xbox Cloud Streaming and GeForce Now to have full-featured apps on the App Store, a major change from the previous requirement for each game to be submitted and reviewed as a standalone app. This move comes as part of Apple's efforts to open up the App Store following an antitrust investigation, and also includes allowing alternative app stores and browser engines in the EU.
