Apple is in negotiations with display suppliers including Samsung Display, BOE, and Tianma for OLED panels for the upcoming iPhone SE 4, with Samsung offering the lowest unit price of $30, BOE at $35, and Tianma at $40. The new iPhone SE 4 is expected to feature a 6.1-inch OLED display, a design similar to the iPhone 14, and use the same battery as the base model iPhone 14. It may also include an Action button, USB-C port, and possibly an Apple-designed modem chip. The panel prices are lower due to the use of legacy parts, and Samsung has an advantage with its existing iPhone 14 OLED inventory.
