Elon Musk's Surprising Top 20 Rank in Diablo IV Sparks Curiosity
TL;DR
Elon Musk recently claimed to be among the top 20 players of Diablo 4, based on a leaderboard from helltides.com, which is not officially affiliated with the game's developer, Activision Blizzard. The leaderboard is based on player-submitted runs of a specific dungeon, The Pit, and includes only 881 entries. While Musk's performance is impressive, the claim of being a top 20 player globally is questionable given the limited scope of the leaderboard. This incident highlights a trend among billionaires making unverifiable claims about their gaming skills.
