Galaxy S23 in the US Receives Android 14 and One UI 6 Update

Unlocked Galaxy S23, S23+, and S23 Ultra units in the US are now receiving the official Android 14-based One UI 6 update, following the initial rollout in late October. The update brings new features and enhancements, including improvements to the Camera app and photo editing tools. While the stable update may not be as smooth as the beta versions, users are encouraged to update their phones. Some users may experience slightly reduced battery life initially, but it should stabilize after a few charge cycles. Those who prefer to wait can stick to Android 13/One UI 5.1 until Samsung releases a newer build of the Android 14/One UI 6 firmware.
