US transportation secretary Pete Buttigieg warned against the use of VR headsets while driving, following viral videos of Tesla drivers using what appeared to be Apple's Vision Pro headset. Despite the names of Tesla's assisted driving features, Buttigieg emphasized that human drivers must remain in control and fully engaged at all times. Apple's Vision Pro, released last week, blends digital content with the outside world and is not intended for use while operating a moving vehicle. Tesla did not immediately respond to the concerns raised.
