TL;DR

Xbox is reportedly set to release a new, all-digital console later this year, which will be a white, digital-only Xbox Series X with some added features. The new console will be smaller and more affordable than its predecessor, with upgrades such as an improved heat sink and a new Nexus card. Despite this, Microsoft has stated that it will continue to support physical media and make consoles for the foreseeable future. The release date and official announcement for the new Xbox are still unknown.
