PETA Urges Nintendo to Remove Cow's Nose Ring in Mario Kart
TL;DR
PETA has protested Nintendo's new 'Mario Kart' character Cow for wearing a nose ring, which they say symbolizes animal cruelty. They are urging Nintendo to redesign the character to remove the nose ring, highlighting concerns about the use of such rings in the meat and dairy industries to control animals. The game, exclusive to the Nintendo Switch 2, has become popular, but PETA's criticism focuses on promoting animal welfare.
