Tesla Takes Legal Action Against Swedish Government and Labor Strikes

Tesla has sued Sweden's Transport Agency over a strike by postal workers that has prevented the delivery of license plates for its cars. The strike, which began a month ago with mechanics at Tesla-owned repair shops, has since expanded to include workers from various industries. Tesla is seeking a collective bargaining agreement with the mechanics' union, IF Metall. In response, dockworkers, electricians, painters, and postal employees have joined the strike, refusing to provide services to the company. Tesla argues that its employees should be allowed to pick up the license plates directly from the agency, bypassing the postal workers. The Transport Agency denies failing to meet its obligation and says Tesla has the right to test the issue in court.
