Tesla Triumphs in Legal Battle Against Swedish Labor Unions and Government

A Swedish county court has granted Tesla a temporary injunction allowing the company to receive license plates for its cars, providing some relief from an ongoing strike by industrial unions. The strike, which initially involved around 130 Tesla workers, has gained support from thousands of Swedish union members. Tesla filed two lawsuits demanding the transport agency to hand over license plates directly or find alternative means of delivery. The court order requires the agency to provide Tesla with license plates within seven days or face a fine. The strike has also led to other actions, including a blockade by dockworkers and disruptions to trash pickups and electrical work at Tesla Supercharger stations.
