Russian Strike Kills Civilians in Western Ukraine

A Russian rocket strike hit an apartment building in the western Ukrainian city of Lviv, killing at least four people and injuring 32 others. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky promised a "tangible" response to the attack, which he attributed to "Russian terrorists." The Russian military has not commented on the incident. This is one of the largest attacks on Lviv's civilian infrastructure, with over 50 apartments damaged. Russia has been carrying out deadly missile and drone attacks on Ukrainian cities, often targeting civilians and causing widespread blackouts. Lviv has previously been targeted in drone attacks, and despite being far from the main front lines, it continues to suffer Russian assaults.
