"10-Year-Old Confesses to 2-Year-Old Murder in Texas RV Park"

A 10-year-old boy confessed to the unsolved murder of a man in a Gonzales County RV park when he was 7, but will not be charged due to being below the age of criminal culpability. The victim, Brandon O’Quinn Rasberry, was shot and killed in his RV, and the boy described in detail how he obtained and used a firearm to commit the crime.
