Alec Baldwin Faces Potential Recharge in 'Rust' Shooting

New Mexico prosecutors have announced their intention to recharge actor Alec Baldwin with involuntary manslaughter for the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of the movie "Rust" in 2021. The decision comes after an independent forensic test confirmed that Baldwin had pulled the trigger of the revolver he was rehearsing with, causing the live round to be fired. Baldwin, who denies responsibility for Hutchins' death, will face a grand jury in mid-November.
