College Baseball Players Targeted in Shooting Incidents

A former student of Olivet College, Franklin J. Grayson, was arrested and charged with attempted murder and felonious assault after allegedly shooting an unidentified Olivet College baseball player three times following the team's first win of the season at Muskingum University in Ohio. The victim is in stable condition, and there is no known motive or relationship between the parties. Grayson could face up to 14 years in prison if convicted. All athletic events at Muskingum were canceled for the weekend, and Olivet College is providing support to the student-athletes and staff members.
