Controversial influencer Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan have been released from house arrest in Romania ahead of their trial on charges of human trafficking and rape. The Tate brothers, along with two Romanian female accomplices, were put under judicial control for 60 days. They are accused of recruiting their victims by seducing them and falsely claiming to want a relationship or marriage. Andrew Tate has also been charged with rape, while his brother Tristan was charged with inciting violence. The release comes with conditions, including not leaving Bucharest without court approval and not coming into contact with other defendants, witnesses, victims, plaintiffs, or their families.
