Joran van der Sloot to face US extradition, says Beth Holloway.

Joran van der Sloot, the prime suspect in the 2005 disappearance of Natalee Holloway, will be extradited from Peru to the United States to face charges of extortion and fraud. Van der Sloot is currently serving a 28-year prison sentence in Peru for the murder of a 21-year-old woman. Holloway's mother, Beth Holloway, announced the news and expressed hope that justice will finally be served for her daughter. Holloway disappeared in Aruba in 2005 and her body was never found. Van der Sloot was previously arrested in connection with her disappearance but was released due to lack of evidence.
