Man arrested for shooting 6-year-old and parents over basketball in North Carolina.

Robert Singletary, a North Carolina man, turned himself in to authorities in Tampa after allegedly shooting a 6-year-old girl and her parents over a basketball that rolled into his yard. Singletary has been charged with four counts of first-degree attempted murder, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill or inflict serious injury, and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon. He has a history of violence and was previously arrested for attacking someone with a dangerous weapon.
