TL;DR

The film 'Him' debuted to $13.5 million, underperforming expectations, while 'A Big Bold Beautiful Journey' flopped with $3.5 million, both facing poor reviews and buzz. 'Demon Slayer' remains the top box office hit, and other holdovers like 'The Conjuring: Last Rites' and 'Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale' continue to perform well. Overall, the box office is slightly up from last year but still below pre-pandemic levels.
