Drew Barrymore's Show Delayed and Unraveled Amid Writers' Strike
TL;DR
The premieres of The Talk and The Jennifer Hudson Show have been delayed due to the ongoing writers' strike. Both shows had gone into production without their WGA writers but have now decided to postpone their launches. CBS, the producer of The Talk, stated that they will continue to evaluate plans for a new launch date. Other talk shows with WGA writers, such as The View and The Kelly Clarkson Show, have not yet responded to the strike. However, Bill Maher's show is proceeding as scheduled.
