George R.R. Martin says his relationship with House of the Dragon co-creator Ryan Condal has deteriorated into an "abysmal" feud during Season 2, with Condal reportedly ignoring his notes; HBO allegedly told Martin to submit his feedback to the network, culminating in a heated Zoom discussion about Season 3. Condal has defended their collaboration in the past, and Season 3 is expected to air later in 2026 on HBO/HBO Max.
