"Kate McKinnon and Billie Eilish Bring the Fun as 'SNL' Hosts"
TL;DR
Former SNL cast member Kate McKinnon returned to host the show after 11 years, surprising viewers by bringing back her cat-loving character, Barbara DeDrew, instead of her famous political impressions. McKinnon was joined by Maya Rudolph, Kristen Wiig, and musical guest Billie Eilish for a night filled with laughs and memorable moments, including a joke swap on Weekend Update and music-themed sketches. The show will return in January 2024 with Jacob Elordi as host and Reneé Rapp as the musical guest.
