TL;DR

Olivia Rodrigo announces her 2024 "Guts" World Tour dates, leaving Cleveland fans disappointed as the city is not included in the tour. The tour will visit Chicago, Columbus, and Detroit, with tickets going on sale on September 17th. This is not the first time popular artists have skipped Cleveland, as Beyonce and Taylor Swift have also left the city off their tour schedules in the past.
