Squid Game Creator Hints at Possible Season 4 or Spinoff
TL;DR
Squid Game creator Hwang Dong-hyuk has only read rumors about a potential English-language adaptation by David Fincher, featuring Cate Blanchett as an American recruiter, but has not received any official confirmation from Netflix. He emphasizes that his ending was meant to highlight systemic issues rather than set up a spin-off, and expresses interest in Fincher's work, though he remains unaware of any concrete plans for continuation.
