Sundance Head Hospitalized After Shooting Incident on Texas Ranch
TL;DR
Sundance Head, winner of season 11 of "The Voice," was shot in the navel area on his Texas ranch. The wound, not self-inflicted, missed vital organs, and the bullet is lodged in fatty tissue, making surgery unnecessary. Head, who called 911 himself, was airlifted to a hospital and is in stable condition. His wife, Misty, shared updates on social media, expressing relief that the injury was not more severe. The cause of the shooting remains unclear, with possibilities including an accidental discharge or a nearby hunter.
