The WGA Negotiating Committee accused the companies of attempting to weaken their resolve through scare tactics and lies, while emphasizing the impact of the ongoing strike on production. In response, the AMPTP expressed disappointment with the WGA's rhetoric and stated their commitment to getting people back to work. The meeting between the WGA and AMPTP is expected to focus on further talks.
