TL;DR

The Yiga Armor set in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom increases Link's stealth and allows him to impersonate a Yiga Clan member. The Yiga Armor chest piece can be found in a Yiga Clan hideout in Akkala Highlands, the Yiga Tights in the Yiga Clan Maritta Branch in Aldor Foothills, and the Yiga Mask in an unnamed Yiga Clan shack northwest of Lake Hylia in the Faron region.
