TL;DR

Sony has quietly increased the price of the PS5 Digital Edition in the United States by $50, bringing the cost of the disc-less device from $399.99 to $449.99. The price of the Blu-ray model remains unchanged at $499.99, and purchasing the bundle with the standalone disc drive actually saves $20 compared to buying the Digital Edition and Blu-ray add-on separately. The price increase will take effect in November.
