Rep. Steve Scalise Diagnosed with Treatable Blood Cancer

House Majority Leader Rep. Steve Scalise has announced that he has been diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a treatable blood cancer. Scalise intends to continue working on Capitol Hill while undergoing treatment and expects to return to Washington after completing it.
