Cancer Doctor Allegedly Manipulates Dementia Patient for $750K Apartment

A lawsuit has been filed in Manhattan Supreme Court by Georgia Lee Sarah Andrews against Dr. Ann Marie Egloff, a distant relative and oncologist, accusing her of manipulating Andrews' mother, Jo Ann Paganette, into changing her will while suffering from dementia. Paganette, who passed away at 85, allegedly altered her will to leave her NYC apartment to Egloff, who then listed it for sale at $749,000. Andrews, who was adopted but later reconnected with Paganette, claims she was the intended beneficiary and is seeking to block the sale.
