Paganetti's daughter, Georgia Lee Sarah Andrews, claims Egloff isolated Paganetti from her family and influenced her while she was under medication. Despite the legal battle, the apartment is under contract for sale. Andrews seeks to halt the sale, asserting her rights as the original beneficiary of Paganetti's will.
