Investigation Continues into I-95 Tanker Truck Crash and Collapse in Philadelphia

The driver of the tanker truck that caught fire and caused the collapse of the northbound lanes of Interstate 95 in Philadelphia has been identified as Nathan Moody of Willow Grove. Moody was a father of three. Sources say the truck failed to properly navigate an off-ramp, crashed into a wall, exploded, and led to a catastrophic failure of key support systems for the elevated interstate. The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating the incident, and a preliminary report is expected to be released in the next two to three weeks.
