Shakeup at CNN and Fox News: Don Lemon and Tucker Carlson out
TL;DR
CNN anchors Kaitlan Collins and Poppy Harlow wished their ousted colleague Don Lemon "the best" after he was fired from the network. Lemon claimed he was blindsided by the news of his termination, but CNN denied his statement and said he was offered an opportunity to meet with management. Lemon had recently come under fire for sexist comments regarding Nikki Haley and treatment of colleagues.
