Tragic Floods Claim Lives of 5, 2 Children Still Missing

Five people were killed by flooding in southeastern Pennsylvania, including the mother of two missing children who were swept away in the floodwaters. The children's father and sibling were able to escape to safety. The region has been hit hard by heavy rain, causing flash flooding and prompting search and recovery efforts.
