Cuomo Sues Attorney General for Sexual Misconduct Investigation Documents

Former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is suing state Attorney General Letitia James to obtain interviews from the sexual misconduct investigation that led to his resignation, in order to defend himself against two sexual harassment lawsuits. Cuomo has denied the allegations and criticized the investigation as unfair, while also facing a separate lawsuit for sexual harassment. The attorney general's office has not commented on the lawsuit.
