Wael Hana, one of the businessmen charged with coordinating bribes to Democratic Senator Robert Menendez and his wife, was arrested at JFK Airport after voluntarily returning from Egypt. Hana pleaded not guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit bribery and conspiracy to commit honest services fraud.
