Russia Issues Arrest Warrant for US Senator Lindsey Graham Over Ukraine Comments

Russia has put US Senator Lindsey Graham on a wanted list after he made comments about Russia's involvement in the war in Ukraine. The Russian Investigative Committee is opening a criminal investigation into Graham's comments, without specifying what crime he is accused of. Graham disputed Russia's criticism of his support for Ukraine, saying he had praised the spirit of Ukrainians in resisting Russia's invasion with US assistance. The US has given Ukraine military assistance valued at a total of $38bn since the war began in February 2022.
