Senator Graham's Controversial Comments on Russia and Ukraine

Russia condemned US Senator Lindsey Graham for his comments during a visit to Ukraine, where he said that US support for Ukraine was the best money Washington had ever spent and that "the Russians are dying". Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov called Graham's comments a "shame" for the US, while Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev called Graham an "old fool". Graham responded by urging Russia to withdraw from Ukraine and stop the war crimes. Ukrainian presidential adviser Mykhailo Podolyak said the best investment the US and the West could make was "in a complete and unconditional victory of Ukraine".
