Trump Secures Nevada, Flipping Key Battleground State
TL;DR
President-elect Donald Trump has secured a victory in Nevada, adding six electoral votes to his 2024 presidential win over Vice President Kamala Harris. This marks a significant shift as Nevada had consistently supported Democratic candidates since 1992, except during George W. Bush's campaigns. Trump's success in Nevada was bolstered by strong early in-person voting and a diminished Democratic turnout advantage, historically driven by the "Reid Machine." Both Trump and Harris campaigned heavily in the state, highlighting its importance in the election.
