Wagner Chief Blames Russian Military Leaders for Ukraine War

The head of Russia's Wagner Group, Yevgeny Prigozhin, has claimed that Ukraine's counteroffensive is pushing back Russia's armed forces, and that the Russian army is retreating on the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson fronts. Prigozhin also questioned the Kremlin's rationale for starting the war, stating that the Armed Forces of Ukraine were not going to attack Russia with NATO. He blamed Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu for setbacks on the battlefield, and claimed that the war was needed for a bunch of scumbags to triumph and show how strong of an army they are.
