TL;DR

The upcoming annular solar eclipse on October 14 will create a "Ring of Fire" effect, and Albuquerque's Balloon Fiesta will be one of the best places to view it. NASA representatives will be present to distribute eclipse glasses for safe viewing, allowing attendees to witness the spectacle without harming their eyes. Additionally, there will be a special balloon glow event during the eclipse, featuring 72 balloons to commemorate the festival's founding year in 1972.
