Deshaun Watson's Season Cut Short Due to Shoulder Surgery

Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson will undergo season-ending shoulder surgery to repair a fracture, after an MRI revealed a displaced fracture to the glenoid in his right shoulder. Watson, who missed four games earlier this season with a rotator cuff strain, is expected to be back for the start of the 2024 season. The injury occurred during the first half of the Browns' game against the Baltimore Ravens, but Watson finished the game before reporting shoulder discomfort. PJ Walker will serve as the backup quarterback for the Browns.
