Joe Burrow Cleared to Play Against Rams Despite Calf Injury

Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow, who has been dealing with a lingering calf issue, is expected to play in Monday night's game against the Los Angeles Rams. Burrow will undergo a pre-game workout to assess his calf. He initially injured his calf in July and re-injured it in a game against the Baltimore Ravens. The Bengals have been monitoring his progress day to day and signed quarterback AJ McCarron to the practice squad as a precaution.
