TL;DR

Martin Truex Jr. leads Dale Earnhardt Jr. in an unfortunate NASCAR statistic, having led 916 laps in Loudon over 29 races without a win. Truex acknowledges that he has made too many mistakes in the past, but he hopes to change that this weekend at the Crayon 301 in New Hampshire. Despite securing a place in the playoffs and having a successful season so far, Truex is still focused on finishing the regular season as the points leader.
